Fengbao Pipe Industry passed API license reauditing

On May 20th, API official website officially approved the use right of API 5CT, API 5L and API 5DP applied by Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Industry Co., LTD. API 5DP was approved for the first time.

Fengbao Pipe has been put into production since 2008, and passed API certification for the first time in 2009. The original API 5CT and API 5L are two standard products, and the highest product grade is PSL2. In this certification, casing couplings and sub products are added to the 5CT certificate, Appendix H (Sour Service) is added to the 5L certificate, and API 5DP certificate is added to the product with the highest grade of PLS3.

With the hard work of all staff, Fengbao finally passed the auditing, which greatly enhances the value of Fengbao API certificates, further expanding the company’s development and sales of related products, narrowing the qualification gap between domestic advanced oil pipe enterprises, creating a better condition for the company in the domestic and foreign markets to participate in bidding, contract signing and so on.

In recent years, the company has invested in more and higher end petroleum special pipe equipment, with the API product addition conditions. However, this API certification involves many additional items, and the product grade has been upgraded to the highest level PLS3, which puts forward more stringent requirements for the work of the pipe company. In addition to doing the basic work in peacetime, professional consulting institutions will be hired to improve the software materials, improve the quality system control level, help the company to review and check the welcome materials, ensure the compliance and integrity of the welcome materials, and further standardize the key quality control points. Coincided with the audit time and during the Spring Festival, in order to ensure the smooth promotion of certification work, all certification work related experts and staff in the Spring Festival overtime. At the same time, the special simulation audit of the production line was carried out several times, which provided a guarantee for the successful completion of the API auditing.
