At 8:00 a.m. on July 20th, the company’s annual new staff orientation officially kicked off, embracing eager young talents from all corners of the country. Their arrival injects fresh vigor into the company’s development. To this end, Fengbao Special Steel Group has launched a series of “welcome new staff” activities, aimed at helping fresh graduates adapt to their new living environment more effectively and smoothly transition from university students to professionals.
In the afternoon of July 20th, 120 outstanding graduates from prestigious universities such as University of Science and Technology Beijing, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, and Taiyuan University of Technology arrived at Fengbao Special Steel Group one after another. With the assistance of the Human Resources Department and representatives from previous intakes, they completed their registration procedures and moved into the talent apartments. Warm smiles, cordial greetings, and thoughtful services made all the new staff feel at home. Full of confidence and anticipation, they prepared themselves for a week-long training program.

Following the company’s deployment, under the organization and leadership of the Human Resources Department, the new staff participated in a one-day team-building event themed “Promoting the Spirit of the Red Flag Canal, Jointly Writing a Glorious Century.” Zhang Bofei, a student from University of Science and Technology Beijing, shared, “During this team-building activity, I witnessed the Red Flag Canal and gained a profound understanding of its spirit.
