Li Jingmin Conducts Routine Safety Inspection Before Mid-Autumn Festival

On the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, at 2 pm on the 15th, General Manager Li Jingmin and Deputy General Manager Li Junkui organized the heads of the Production Department, Safety Management Department, Environmental Protection Department, and Armed Security Department, as well as the factory directors of the special steel company and professionals from the gas protection station, to conduct a routine safety inspection of the company and guide safe production work.

During the summary meeting held after the inspection, based on the information gathered on-site, General Manager Li commended the well-managed factories and criticized those with inadequate work performance, while also outlining specific requirements tailored to the actual conditions observed.

General Manager Li emphasized that today’s inspection aimed to clarify objectives, define responsibilities, and ensure a clear understanding of tasks and prescribed actions, with strict adherence to relevant regulations on gas management. Additionally, he stressed the need for analogy, urging that the company’s power supply, other gaseous energy sources, and other relevant aspects should be managed in a similar manner.

During the inspection, General Manager Li visited the ironmaking plant, power plant, steelmaking plant, lime plant, and other areas with gas main pipelines, posing on-the-spot questions to the factory directors and workshop directors regarding the boundaries of gas pipeline networks, management responsibilities, operational requirements, and emergency response measures for sudden leaks.
