Fengbao Special Steel (Group) Listed as a Key Enterprise for Guaranteed Service in Henan Province

On March 4, the provincial government held a video and telephone conference to advance the work of guaranteed service for key enterprises, implementing the economic work deployment of the provincial party committee, consolidating and enhancing the positive trend of economic recovery, and ensuring a “promising start” for the provincial economy in the first quarter.

Vice Governor Song Zhenghui attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He pointed out that providing guaranteed service for key enterprises is an important measure of the provincial party committee and government to ensure a “promising start” for the economy in the first quarter. Efforts should focus on the “Four Highs and Four Strives,” using solid actions to serve enterprises and promote high-quality economic development throughout the year.

Song Zhenghui emphasized that all regions and relevant departments should center on industrial and service enterprises, benchmark provincial practices, improve the guaranteed service mechanism, strengthen regular scheduling, refine work measures, promptly coordinate and resolve issues, and promote the healthy growth of enterprises and high-quality development of industries. Efforts should focus on attracting key projects during the “golden period,” implementing mechanisms such as “green” approval channels and joint review and approval to ensure that major projects are reported and approved promptly with full guarantees. It is necessary to meticulously organize production-sales, industry-finance, and industry-academia-research matchmaking activities, and make good use of the enterprise employment guarantee service mechanism; closely monitor the implementation of incremental policies, strengthen the promotion of preferential enterprise policies, facilitate the direct and rapid enjoyment of policies, and enhance enterprises’ sense of gain. It is essential to strengthen the awareness of red lines, establish bottom-line thinking, meticulously carry out work related to production safety, and firmly shoulder the political responsibility for production safety.

Prior to the meeting, Vice Governor Song Zhenghui personally led the main leaders of relevant provincial departments and local party committees to conduct research at enterprises. During the meeting, Song Zhenghui specifically praised Fengbao Special Steel for its achievements in high-quality development through technological innovation.
