The foundry sand regeneration project of Linzhou Lanke Molding Sand Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. is a green circular economy project that Fengbao implements the concept of green development and promotes solid waste recycling and reuse. It is a supporting construction project of Fengbao Heavy Industry. The scale is to process 200,000 tons of waste foundry sand per year, with an annual output of 120,000 tons of reclaimed foundry sand and 60,000 tons of cast coated sand. After being put into operation, the annual profit and tax will be about 22 million yuan.

The project is a joint venture between Fengbao Heavy Industry and Guangxi Lanke Resources Recycling Company. It makes full use of the hot-moisture recycling technology to recycle the waste sand from foundry in Linzhou City and the waste sand from foundry enterprises in the surrounding areas, which can reduce every year. The discharge of 200,000 tons of foundry waste sand, saving 300,000 tons of resources, and solving the employment problem of more than 100 people, is another way for Fengbao Special Steel Group to implement the scientific development concept, promote the development of a conservation and environmental protection society, and fulfill its social responsibilities. Initiative.
