Over these 22 years, Fengbao has weathered storms to see the rainbow, a testament to the wise decisions of our chairman and the tireless efforts of all our staff and management. We extend our highest respect and festive greetings to every member of the Fengbao family who has contributed to its construction and development. Achievements and Outlook for 2024

The year 2024 marks a crucial period for Fengbao as we embark on technological upgrades, strengthen our foundational management, and harness the power of informatization and digitization to drive high-quality development. Since the beginning of the year, we have adhered to continuous innovation in technology and management, placing equal emphasis on product and market development. Facing challenges such as weakening demand, intense industry competition due to homogenization, and ever-changing industrial policies, we have taken a holistic approach with comprehensive budgeting, firmly implementing our business philosophy of “Safety First, Environmental Protection Prioritized, Quality Supreme, and People-Oriented.” We have upheld the steel spirit of “Unity, Struggle, Innovation, and Development,” embraced our mission of “Originating from Responsibility, Achieving through Quality,” and adhered to the business philosophy of “Sincere Cooperation, Openness, and Mutual Benefit.” Focusing on our established goals of building a “Green Special Steel Powerhouse in the New Era,” becoming a “World-Renowned Seamless Steel Tube Enterprise,” and “Forging a Global Brand in Axles,” we have leveraged our technological and equipment advantages to solidify our foundational management. Each project has been commissioned on schedule, marking steady progress towards high-quality development.

In 2024, we have called for cost savings and efficiency enhancements, engaging the entire group in a mechanism that has yielded remarkable results. We have continued to advance consultative management, comprehensively strengthening our supplier management system and quality assurance.

This year has seen us focus on standard procedures and foundational management, with factories like the 89mm and 114mm Pipe Divisions emerging as benchmarks for technological progress and excellent on-site management. We have vigorously pursued new product development, adjusted our product mix, innovated our business strategies, and implemented precise production, meticulous management, and intensive market cultivation. The commissioning of various steel tube precision processing projects has become new growth points for economic benefits.

In line with the requirements of high-quality development, we have actively pursued transformation and upgrading, ensuring environmental protection and safety. We have continued to adopt a people-oriented approach to positive incentives, adhering to our dual-growth policy that benefits both the enterprise and its employees.

We have intensified training efforts, striving to enhance execution capabilities and gradually improving the overall quality of our workforce. We have conscientiously fulfilled our social responsibilities, with employee salaries continuing to rise on top of previous years’ increases. The construction of our “Six Lanting” projects is in full swing, with the Lanting Happiness Alliance working tirelessly to create a better future.
