Fengbao Advances with New Heat Treatment Line

Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. is making significant progress on its 340 Heat Treatment Line and associated projects, including a series of heat treatment furnaces. As of the end of September, the company successfully ignited the heat treatment furnaces for the 340 Heat Treatment Project.

The 340 Heat Treatment Line and furnaces are part of a specialized deep processing production line for pipes at Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Industry. This project includes one quenching furnace and one tempering furnace, both constructed under the general contracting of China Metallurgical South Engineering Co., Ltd.

To meet the stringent process requirements for pipe heat treatment, China Metallurgical South Engineering has implemented advanced technologies, including heat-resistant tooth-shaped steel beam step-type heat treatment furnaces, high-speed burner end heating, and multi-point temperature control through pulsed combustion. These innovations enable precise control of furnace temperature and production pace, ensuring compliance with the quenching and tempering heat treatment processes for various specifications of steel pipes, thereby effectively guaranteeing product quality.

The 340 Heat Treatment Line is primarily designed for the production of high-grade oil casing pipes, oil cylinder pipes, and pipes for construction machinery. With a large production spacing and high capacity, this line is equipped to produce extra-long oil casing pipes, further enhancing the company’s capabilities in the industry.
