Fengbao Celebrates International Women’s Day On March 8th

In order to better demonstrate the demeanor of Fengbao female workers and express the company’s care for female employees, during the “March 8th Festival”, the company’s trade union organized a series of activities such as award-winning essays, caring physical examination, caring team building and heart-to-heart exchanges. And sent a letter of thanks to all female employees for their contributions in ordinary positions.

With the strong support of the Linzhou Women’s Federation and the Second People’s Hospital of this caring for women’s health activity, a total of 81 female employees listened to knowledge lectures and 151 female employees received special medical examinations for female diseases. From the perspective of psychology, Han Yufei, a national health manager, taught specific methods to prevent diseases and improve women’s happiness, focusing on women’s psychological and physical health problems, and presented a rich spiritual meal to the participants.

The grass-roots trade unions organized female employees to carry out heart-to-heart communication activities, and had a free talk about the treatment of female employees, the improvement of skills, suggestions to the company, and how to make good use of female workers.

Guo Weiyun, a female worker in the steelmaking plant, coincided with her birthday on the “3.8” festival. The chairman of the steel mill trade union Wang Xiaoliang carefully planned to present Guo Weiyun with cakes and birthday wishes.

Through this activity, the female workers truly felt the company’s care and created a good atmosphere of “happy work and happy life”. The female workers all expressed that they must base themselves on their jobs, work hard together, be grateful, forge ahead, and take hard work, play a half-sky role in accelerating the journey of building a new era of green special steel and world-renowned seamless steel pipe enterprises, and present their outstanding achievements to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the factory.
