Fengbao Special Steel Group Warmly Welcomes the Entry of 2024 Graduates

“A sharp sword is forged through countless hammerings, and fine steel is refined through relentless tempering.” As the golden July unfolds, it marks another year of welcoming new members to the Fengbao Special Steel Group. At 8:00 a.m. on July 20th, the company’s annual new staff orientation officially kicked off, embracing eager young talents from all corners of the country. Their arrival injects fresh vigor into the company’s development. To this end, Fengbao Special Steel Group has launched a series of “welcome new staff” activities, aimed at helping fresh graduates adapt to their new living environment more effectively and smoothly transition from university students to professionals.

In the afternoon of July 20th, 120 outstanding graduates from prestigious universities such as University of Science and Technology Beijing, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, and Taiyuan University of Technology arrived at Fengbao Special Steel Group one after another. With the assistance of the Human Resources Department and representatives from previous intakes, they completed their registration procedures and moved into the talent apartments. Warm smiles, cordial greetings, and thoughtful services made all the new staff feel at home. Full of confidence and anticipation, they prepared themselves for a week-long training program.

Guided by the spirit of the Red Flag Canal, we endeavor to uphold revolutionary traditions and pass on the red gene. Following the company’s deployment, under the organization and leadership of the Human Resources Department, the new staff participated in a one-day team-building event themed “Promoting the Spirit of the Red Flag Canal, Jointly Writing a Glorious Century.” Zhang Bofei, a student from University of Science and Technology Beijing, shared, “During this team-building activity, I witnessed the Red Flag Canal and gained a profound understanding of its spirit. I was deeply impressed by the self-reliance and hard work of the people of Linzhou. I realized that in challenging places, complex environments, and difficult endeavors, a supportive force is all the more necessary to cultivate individuals with the indomitable spirit embodied in the Red Flag Canal.”

With great emphasis and meticulous planning, the Human Resources Department’s Education and Training Center has carefully arranged this induction training program to help new employees fully understand and integrate into the company’s culture, enhance team collaboration skills, strengthen personal qualities, and achieve the transition from students to professionals. The three-day intensive training covers the company’s development history, corporate culture, organizational structure, production technologies, equipment advantages, rules, and regulations. Led by company leaders and industry experts, the in-depth and concise lectures infused new employees with motivation and confidence as they embark on their journey to integrate into the corporate environment, laying a solid foundation for their upcoming “new” life.
