On December 21, 2024, the graduation ceremony for Fengbao Special Steel Group’s 2024 Third Middle-level Managers and Young Leaders Training Program was held grandly at the group’s training center, with 112 middle-level managers and outstanding leaders in attendance. The ceremony was hosted by Hou Yubin, the enterprise party building instructor stationed at the Linzhou Municipal Party Committee Organization Department.
Li Jingmin, Party Secretary and General Manager of Fengbao Special Steel, engaged in exchanges and interactions with the participants, listened to their learning experiences, and reviewed the spirit of the opening speech together with everyone. He put forward requirements for all cadres regarding dual innovation in technology and management.
