One is to improve safety awareness and work standards. Good work results can only be achieved with higher awareness and work standards, and a sense of responsibility takes the first place. “Implementing safety responsibilities and promoting safe development” is the theme of this year’s Work Safety Month. The new Work Safety Law stipulates that those who fail to take measures to eliminate hidden accidents shall also be held criminally responsible. Leaders at all levels must compare their respective responsibilities, and in particular, truly take responsibility for safety work and perform their duties conscientiously.

Second, all work must be carried out in a down-to-earth manner. Only by comparing the work to the entire company and the advanced level of the industry can you find your own shortcomings. The change of work begins with the change of leadership thinking. Project construction, site management, equipment management and other tasks must be carefully planned and implemented without compromise.

Third is to invigorate the spirit and show its glory again. The output of Plant 159 once accounted for half of the company’s total output of seamless steel pipes, and now it also accounts for one-third of the company’s total output, and it plays a pivotal role in the company. The company expects to clarify the responsibilities and goals it shoulders, inspire spirits, carry the banner of the management company, and catch up on the basis of ensuring the bottom line of safety and environmental protection.

The meeting emphasized that the problem does not stay overnight. It is necessary to carefully analyze how to rectify the problems detected. Taking today’s inspection by the general manager as an opportunity, we will carry forward the advanced model spirit of the 159 rolling plant in the company, and work hard to implement it, so that the comprehensive management level and output will be improved.
