Liu Shengli Conducts Research and Offers Guidance at Fengbao Group

On December 5, Liu Shengli, member of the Standing Committee of the Anyang Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, and director of the Municipal Supervisory Committee, visited Fengbao Heavy Industry for research and guidance. Accompanying him on the visit were Sun Jianduo, secretary of the Linzhou Municipal Party Committee; Lei Tao, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Hongqiqu Economic Development Zone and director of the Administrative Committee; and Li Jingmin, chairman of Fengbao Heavy Industry.

Liu Shengli and his delegation visited the Fengbao Pipe Industry Product Exhibition Hall, the φ114 High-Precision Rolling Pipe Production Line, and the Fengbao Heavy Industry Product Exhibition Hall, gaining an on-site understanding of the enterprise’s operations and market development. A “Close and Clean Discipline Inspection Helps Thousands of Enterprises” symposium was also held.

At the symposium, the Anyang Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission distributed the “Close and Clean Discipline Inspection Helps Thousands of Enterprises” Liaison Manual of the Anyang Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Committee to the enterprises and attendees. General Manager Li Jingmin provided a detailed report on how Fengbao Special Steel Group has overcome constraints such as weakening domestic demand, insufficient external demand, and export exchange rates since the beginning of the year. By leveraging Fengbao’s first-mover advantage in the energy and automotive industries, the company has focused on green, high-quality development and specialization, innovation, and uniqueness in new steel materials. It has expanded overseas markets and vigorously implemented energy conservation, emission reduction, and cost reduction measures, achieving remarkable results.

After listening to the reports from the enterprise and Linzhou City, Liu Shengli expressed his delight and excitement after visiting Fengbao’s advanced steel pipe deep-processing production line and heavy-duty axle production line. He fully affirmed Fengbao’s achievements in adhering to technological innovation and research and development, actively expanding the international market, and continuously ensuring employee income. He hoped that Fengbao Special Steel Group would continue to extend and complement the chain of new steel materials, maintain its development confidence, focus on attracting high-end talent from various fields, and strive to become a world-renowned enterprise. The company should also adhere to the path of green, high-quality, and sustainable development, serving as a pacesetter in developing new productive forces.

He pointed out that the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission would resolutely implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and President Xi’s relevant instructions on the development of private enterprises. It would take the initiative to act and provide services upfront, making every effort to help enterprises overcome development obstacles, create a good business environment, and stimulate enterprises’ innovation vitality.
