U.S. made a double-reverse final ruling for seamless carbon steel and alloy steel standard pipes, line pipes and pressure pipes

On June 28, 2021, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced a final anti-dumping ruling on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard pipes, line pipes, and pressure pipes imported from Russia, South Korea, and Ukraine. Ruling that the dumping rate of Russian manufacturers/exporters was 209.72% and the subsidy rate was 48.38%; the dumping rate of Korean manufacturers/exporters was 4.48%, the adjusted dumping rate was 4.44%, and the subsidy rate was 1.78%~1.789%; The dumping rate of Ukrainian producers/exporters is 20.04%~101.84%.

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is expected to make a final anti-dumping and anti-subsidy industrial damage ruling on the aforementioned products involved on August 9, 2021.
